Pre-order sales are final and cannot be cancelled. In the unlikely case the product is defected, please send an email along with photos within 24 hours upon receiving the product. Replacement requests should be made within 7 days of receipt.

Pre-orders may arrive after the suggested 3-4 weeks. As this is beyond our control, we will provide a new estimated arrival dates once upon notification.
